Kia ora Nigel,
I came across your blog as I googled "pork bones and puha". I picked up some puha at the farmers market this morning then went to the butcher and got some big ol' meaty looking pork bones. I had no idea how to prepare it, hence the search. So it is now bubbling away while I enjoy a cold beer. Will let you know how it turns out! Kia ora for the recipe.
